Sumo Ficus Natida

Sumo Ficus Natida Before

I acquired this tree a couple of your ago from a friend of mine. This ficus is similar to Ficus Microcarpa(Retusa) but the leaves are more narrow and thicker. This is the first styling of the tree.

Sumo Ficus Natida After

In winter 2001, the greenhouse heater broke and the temperature dropped below freezing. The tree lost all the branches. Here is the tree with new developed branches. This picture was taken 1 week ago. Its height is 15 inches and its trunk's diameter is 13 inches. I will repot into a better pot in a couple of weeks when the weather is more suitable.
